On October 20, Mdundo, a music service that provides easy and legal access to music and DJ mixes, hosted a mixer in collaboration with the Association of Music Artist Managers of Nigeria (AMAMN) to celebrate its growth in Nigeria and introduce the brand to major players in the music industry. The mixer was hosted at Sidewalk in Victoria Island, Lagos, and had top members of AMAMN in attendance, including the chairman of the organization, music industry executives, professionals, partners, and members of the media.
The objective of the mixer was to educate attendees about Mdundo’s goals for music in Africa, its services, how to maximize Mdundo as a music service, and gain visibility for the platform, which boasts of 25 million monthly active users. The event also gave attendees a chance to network with each other. The mixer featured the celebration of Nigerian music growth, introduction to Mdundo’s services, a question and answer session, food and drinks.
