Ghanaian rapper, Amerado Burner, real name Derrick Sarfo Kantanka has revealed that he was from a very wealthy home and for that matter, he didn’t really hustle on the street for long unlike some Ghanaian musicians before they gained fame.
Speaking in an interview with Abeiku Santana, the young talented rapper intimated that his father was one of the bosses at COCOBOD and his grandfather who he was named after was the Deputy Chairman of the government institution.
He revealed that he didn’t really toil from his childhood because his father had a good job and a sustainable life at home, hence he didn’t have to strive to take care of himself.
He said that his grandfather died on December 14th, 2009 and his father also passed on the following year in January.
